THE LIBERTY NET is one place on the radio dial where there are no government or commercial “gatekeepers” — and it’s a place where thoughtful and intelligent people are drawn — and therefore it’s one of the most informative and thought-provoking information sources anywhere.

Here are a few of this week’s topics:

• New York governor Patterson is apparently under attack by evil forces, because he’s decided to wear a “Kabballah bracelet” to ward them off. (The “Kabballah” is a form of medieval Jewish witchcraft that is enjoying a renaissance among the thoughtlessly trendy.) (38 minutes)

• Some prankster has arranged it so that if you enter “illuminati” spelled backwards, and add dot com, into your Internet browser, you will be redirected to the Web site of the National Security Agency. (42 minutes)

• Barack Obama is not an idiot, no matter how harmful his policies appear to be to his constituency: He is the quintessential blackmailable front man for the money power, with a “minority” cachet to provide a means to dehumanize any serious critics as “racists.” In this role he performs brilliantly. (1 hour 9 minutes)

• If financial uber-criminal Lloyd Blankfein and Goldman Sachs committed such frauds on the public as to justify their unprecedented half billion dollar fine — why did no one go to jail for those crimes? (1 hour 49 minutes)

• The Fox News phonies are using Sarah Palin to take over the Tea Party movement, but she has shown her true colors by joining the equally phony NAACP’s denunciation of “racism.” In a recent statement, Palin quoted Ronald Reagan, saying “there is no room for racism [or] anti-Semitism… in this country,” adding “we must never go back to the racism of our past.” The opposite is actually true: Only the recognition that the races are unequal — and that each ought to have its own society — can save our civilization, save our liberties, and defeat the oligarchs; and the original Tea Partiers, the Founding Fathers, would agree. (1 hour 56 minutes)

• The Chinese now have their own financial ratings agency, and, as their increasing role as creditor to the world would cause one to expect, it’s quite objective and realistic. According to the agency, the United States is rated lower than China itself, and the top-rated economies are exclusively those of White countries. (1 hour 59 minutes)

• Are the current claims being made against Vatican Radio on “environmental” grounds a precursor to shutting down amateur radio and dissident shortwave voices around the world? (2 hours 28 minutes)

• It’s an ominous fact: A growing number of governments are quietly implementing “kill switches” for the Internet, under the deceptive banner of “cybersecurity.” (2 hours 31 minutes)

• The oligarchs regularly use “false flag” events in order to pep up the population’s enthusiasm for their wars. The Maine, the Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin incident, and 9/11 — all were arranged (or allowed to happen) in order to deceive us. Is a new false flag event going to be used to start another war for Zionism against Iran? (3 hours 7 minutes)

THE WEEKLY Liberty Net was on the air in fine style this week, with lots of debate and controversy over politics, finance, the invasion of America on its southern border, and the malicious use to which the tragic oil spill might be put by foreign forces determined to keep America militarily engaged in the Middle East.

Here are some of the topics discussed on the Liberty Net recorded by N2IRJ on May 1st:

• Has John McCain been replaced by a well-groomed look-alike while the real McCain vacations in Fiji? (1 hour 3 minutes)

• Should Obama, Pelosi, McCain, and all of the Washington regime be forced to relocate to a temporary capital on the Arizona/Mexico border? Then they would experience what it’s like not to be protected from the invasion from the south. (1 hour 15 minutes)

• Was it a coincidence that the huge BP oil spill took place on Earth Day? Will it end up shutting down domestic oil production? And why was a SWAT team sent to the disaster site? — who did they think they might have to “swat” down? What so-called “ally” in the Middle East benefits from keeping America dependent on Middle Eastern oil, which would keep us fighting their wars for them? (1 hour 18 minutes)

• What should be done with crooked financiers who go broke? Apparently, both political parties think that they should be simply be given billions in taxpayers funds on a silver plate. (1 hour 25 minutes)

• Why are more and more Americans seriously considering leaving the country? (3 hours 15 minutes)

• Why did the U.S. government entice the owners of a perfectly legal sports wagering Web site in Antigua back to this country, just to arrest them for violating an extremely obscure and questionably interpreted tax law? (3 hours 18 minutes)

• If the Earth Day destruction of the oil platform causes America to scale back offshore oil production, will the Chinese move in? (3 hours 48 minutes)

• Is the story of Obama’s recent “mistress” in the pro-Obama National Enquirer just a preemptive cover for stories of his homosexual dalliances that may be about to break? (3 hours 50 minutes)

• Why are automobile dealers demanding detailed financial information even from customers who don’t ask for credit? Answer: The government demands they collect it for so-called “security” reasons, ordered by the misnamed Patriot Act. (4 hours 3 minutes)

The Liberty Net is amateur radio’s longest running discussion net, beginning in 1974 with Net Control station W1WCR at the helm. THE LIBERTY NET for this week was characterized by mostly good propagation and some of the most impassioned discussions heard this year.

There was some intentional interference, but nothing that significantly hampered communications. The Liberty Net is on the air every Saturday night at 10PM Eastern Time on or near (within 10 kHz or so) 3950 kHz.

Here is just a small sampling of highlights from this week’s edition of the longest-running discussion net in amateur radio:

• There’s a reference to the Liberty Net’s “listeners in Ft. Meade, Maryland,” (location of the so-called National Security Agency) as one station opines that Net participants are the modern-day equivalents of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. (14 minutes)

• Many AM stations — both amateur and broadcast — have quite good audio fidelity. (18 minutes)

• Why is Texas threatening to write Thomas Jefferson out of its history textbooks? (25 minutes)

• The White wife of Black Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is attempting to become a player in the Tea Party movement. (1 hour 7 minutes)

• Is Obama pushing a health plan he knows will not work, in hopes that it will break the current system and leave us helpless — so we can be “saved” by a Cuba-style “reform”? He may be surprised, though — many thousands of Americans are so angry at the bill that they will finally sever all ties, emotional, financial, and legal, to the regime in Washington. (1 hour 21 minutes)

• The actual head of the federal government, Rahm Emanuel, is not an American. He is a foreign national, who actually fought for a foreign power, with no loyalty whatever to the American people. (1 hour 28 minutes)

• It seems that only White people are capable of being guilt-tripped into sacrificing their own future: China and India are not falling for the con games of the same parasites who have raped America and Europe nearly to death. (1 hour 31 minutes)

• An innovative new Web site is http://fiverr.com/ which features people offering a universe of services they’re willing to perform for just $5. (1 hour 48 minutes)

• A Pakistani immigrant in New Jersey was caught engaging in his specialty, urinating on women in public. He was in jail earlier, for attempted murder and assault, but he was released in a year. Why do we allow other nations to unload their criminals on America? The “diversity” religion leads to insanity. (2 hours 37 minutes)

• In Miami, a “traditional African church” (read: a Voodoo cult) has been started, which has been promoting the drinking of the mucus of the giant African snail to “heal” various afflictions. The practice has landed several Blacks in the charity ward of the hospital. (2 hours 45 minutes)

• A public meeting in Kentucky erupted in wild cheers when a Liberty Net participant asked a candidate — Rand Paul — if he was in favor of abolishing the Federal Reserve. (3 hours 45 minutes)

• The political and personal record of John McCain — a man who claims to be “different” but who is in fact an eager accomplice of the regime in Washington — is particularly loathsome. (3 hours 58 minutes)

There was some intentional interference to the Net this week, but perhaps that’s a badge of honor: if those who hate free speech hate the Net, then Net participants must be striking a nerve among the enemies of freedom. Check-ins begin at about the five minute mark.

YOU MIGHT have noticed that I offer a link to Hamcall.net but not to the competition in the amateur callsign database business (QRZ). It’s my protest against the current policy of QRZ’s owner, Fred Lloyd, AA7BQ, of delisting amateurs who he dislikes.

He’s done it to others. And now, based on the government’s lies about me — 99 per cent. of which were proven to be lies in federal court and the remainder proven to be lies subsequently — he has done the same thing to me.

Apparently Lloyd was influenced by bizarre and obscene insinuations about me (some based on the government’s lies, some made up on the spot) in his “QRZ Forums” — a free-for-all gabfest in which nothing is verifiable, including at times even the identities of the posters. The QRZ Forums often read like the slander- and jam-fests perpetrated by the worst operators on the amateur bands — or 27.185 for that matter.

I wrote to Lloyd on the subject, with documentation of what really happened to me, but he didn’t even bother to reply. I remain delisted at QRZ.

Hamcell.net is a better place to look up callsigns and showcase your station anyway. It gives you space to upload larger QSL-card-sized photographs and the ability to add an extensive biography section which allows embedded links to your own pages if desired. And nicest of all, your callsign and station data are presented in a professional manner with far less intrusive ads and promos than the ones that plague QRZ.

The Hamcall database also includes historical data, allowing you to check former callsigns and data on silent keys and former operators if desired — very handy!
