CONDITIONS were excellent and the longest-running discussion net on amateur radio, the Liberty Net, did itself proud once again with in-depth discussions and debate about the political, social, and economic issues that will determine the future of our civilization.

Here’s a small sample of the items discussed this week on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• A four-year-old girl was running a lemonade stand in front of her house — until the “authorities” descended upon her, shutting her down for not having the required permits, paying taxes, and filling out the requisite forms. The “officers” who participated in this outrage would have refused to obey such orders — if they had had a single molecule of integrity. (9 minutes)

• The DEA is now looking to hire nine full-time “Ebonics speakers” to translate monitored telephone calls. Salaries begin at $79,000 per year. (39 minutes)

• Government studies indicate that Blacks are far more verbose than Whites, talking almost twice as much in any given time period. (40 minutes)

• Had the cartoon character Homer Simpson been running against John McCain, it would have been morally incumbent upon Arizona voters to vote for Simpson. So why did McCain win the primary? Or did he? (47 minutes)

• Why has faux conservative Glenn Beck decided that President Andrew Jackson — possibly the greatest patriot since Jefferson, and a fervent and effective opponent of the banking oligarchs — is a bad guy? (53 minutes)

• America does need a patriotic resistance to the regime in Washington, but it’s a tragedy that oligarch Rupert Murdoch’s employee, Glenn Beck, has anything to do with it. (1 hour 15 minutes)

• The food contamination affecting eggs recently had one upside: It revealed the horrible conditions in which helpless animals are forced to live. (1 hour 17 minutes)

• Ron Paul has announced that he will again introduce a bill to audit the gold supposedly held in Fort Knox. System politiicians have always torpedoed the audit in the past — and one wonders why. (1 hour 24 minutes)

• As the economy fails — and the regime in Washington responds with ever-stricter taxes and controls — will Americans break free, as Argentinians did, by using barter and precious metal coins? (1 hour 40 minutes)

THE LIBERTY NET enjoyed good propagation and even more high-IQ debate and conversation than usual this week, and the uncensored ideas flowed freely in a way that you simply cannot experience in the corporate media.

Here’s a tiny sampling of the topics covered this week on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• Now that preparations are being made for starting a new war against yet another of Israel’s enemies, this time Iran, the controlled media and the regime in Washington are suddenly acting as if the Iraq War is over. But that isn’t true: The violence, terror, heartbreak, and death — both for the deluded American cannon fodder and the innocent Iraqis — is adding up more than ever. (28 minutes)

• The brouhaha over the “ground zero mosque” (a phrase the media have been asked not to use) misses the point: There should be no Middle Eastern immigration to the U.S. and never should have been; then the question of mosques would never come up. (23 minutes)

• Neocon operative John Bolton said four days ago that Israel had just “three days to bomb Iran” (because Iran had built a nuclear power plant similar to the perfectly peaceful one a few miles from here in Virginia). It’s good to see that at least the most insane of the warmongers don’t always get their way. (9 minutes)

• The North Korean government is reported to be behind a flood of flawless counterfeit $100 bills. Are the North Korean bills any more counterfeit than the money created by the Fed and the commercial banking system? (10 minutes)

• As America turns into a Third World country, we are also experiencing a resurgence of Third World infestations of a non-human kind. For example, bedbugs have started to become common again in New York City, with the latest outbreak taking place in the Empire State Building. (32 minutes)

• The media have almost stopped reporting bank failures, probably in order to give the impression that “things have settled down,” but the truth is that banks continue to fail at an accelerated rate — four in this week alone. (49 minutes)

• There is a grisly trade in human body parts taking place in Obama’s home country of Kenya — the organs and limbs of albinos are believed to have magical powers, and an enterprising witch doctor there can make a quarter million dollars on each body. The thriving trade, which involves the abduction and murder of the victims, is technically illegal. (1 hour 22 minutes)

• The push to build a mosque near the twin towers site is being promoted by the same people who made sure that 9/11 happened — and, surprise surprise, those people are not Muslims or Arabs, though their ancestry is Middle Eastern. (1 hour 30 minutes)

•  Since Obama cannot legally be President (on numerous indisputable legal grounds besides his citizenship), none of the acts he signs can possibly be law and cannot — indeed, must not — be regarded as such by citizens, soldiers, or judges. It didn’t start with Obama, though — the same is true of all of the edicts of the regime in Washington going back many decades.  (2 hours 1 minute)

THE LIBERTY NET MUST HAVE hit a nerve with those who hate free speech this week, since a malicious jammer wasted a great deal of his time trying — and failing — to stop all discussion. Frequency agility and concentrating on the more powerful stations on the net were key factors. Sadly, children shouldn’t listen to this week’s recording, because the jammer used unbelievably filthy language. The good news is that — like last time — several leads were provided to identify the malefactor.

Here are a few of the topics discussed this week on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• Sharia law is the fundamental law of the race-religion-nation-state-people that calls itself Islam. Like Talmudic law, it is fundamentally incompatible with the Common Law and Constitutional Law that are supposed to govern the United States of America. (20 minutes)

• Should Islam be reclassified as a criminal “state within a state” instead of a religion — and therefore be banned by Constitutional amendment? (23 minutes)

• If you suddenly decide to start calling your criminal organization a “religion,” should it receive Constitutional protection? (57 minutes)

• Is Obama going to cooperate in engineering a false flag attack against the US, so that we can go to war with Iran on behalf of Rahm Emanuel’s real country? (1 hour 4 minutes)

• Usually false flag or engineered attacks to get us into war — like Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin, and 9/11 — are spaced at about two-decade intervals. If the Zionists get their war with Iran soon, it will — ominously — be ten years sooner than expected. Are the oligarchs desperate? — and why? (1 hour 8 minutes)

• As the Founding Fathers’ vision began to fade around the time of the Civil War, new states were admitted to the Union with an understanding that most of the land would be owned by the regime in Washington. This ownership persists to this day, and there is a great danger that effective control of this huge territory will end up in the hands of foreign nations who own trillions in American debt. CONDITIONS were excellent this week on the Liberty Net, and so were the conversations. Check-ins spanned the entire eastern half of North America. Here are just a few of the highlights from this week’s most exciting net on the amateur radio bands:

• Obama made a recent statement on “The View” that most Blacks in America are “mongrels.” If a White person had made such a statement, the media would have gone into overdrive and there likely would have been rioting in the streets. (12 minutes)

• Maxine Waters can be properly described as the Communist representative from California, now that she has openly stated that all businesses should be seized by the government. (24 minutes)

• Why are the bank failure announcements always made late on Friday? — in hopes that they will no longer be “news” by Monday? So far, despite the “happy talk” from the regime in Washington, the bank failure rate is almost twice as high this year than in 2009. (26 minutes)

• As the government gets more and more power-mad and bloodthirsty, and as the financial system gets more and more fraudulent, a growing number of businesses — and intelligent people — are relocating outside of the country that was once called America. (52 minutes)

• Are there now enough criminals on Wall Street so that they could be rounded up and sent to pick crops in the fields, allowing all the Mestizo invaders to be sent home? (56 minutes)

• It is so sad to see Andy Griffith and other iconic cultural figures become shills for the regime in Washington — but then actors have never been known for their insight or intelligence. (58 minutes)

• Are Maxine Waters and Charlie Rangel — as true-believing Marxists and anti-White ideologues, and thus electoral liabilities — going to be “thrown under the bus” by the Zionist thugs who run Obama? (1 hour 7 minutes)

• With America being invaded and Americans being used as cannon fodder in the money-men’s endless wars, why are Republicans pushing through a resolution approving an Israeli attack on Iran? (1 hour 13 minutes)

• Some used to make fun of the late Irwin (W2VJZ) Richardt’s on-air adherence to the Constitution, but obeying the Constitution would put the regime in Washington completely out of business — and, in addition to being the only legal thing to do, that would be a very good thing. (1 hour 26 minutes)

• Government-faked photographs falsely implying that Ross Perot’s daughter was a lesbian were the real reason Perot dropped out of the presidential race. It is high time Americans realized that the Washington regime regularly engages in such fraud, bullying, and dirty tricks; they did so in my case too. How many lives will we allow them to destroy before we stop them? (1 hour 35 minutes)

WITH TOPICS ranging from the Kennedy assassination to our burgeoning police/”national security” state, the Liberty Net maintained its free speech traditions this week, and listening to the mp3 recording of the net will provide insights that you simply can’t get anywhere else.

Here are just a few of the subjects covered in this week’s recording:

• Even as the regime in Washington attempts to centralize health care into the hands of uncaring politicians and bureaucrats, Britain is starting to decentralize its system. (13 minutes)

• One of the items that the criminals sneaked into the “health care” bill is a requirement that, starting in 2012, all American serfs must report all of their financial transactions over $600 to their masters. Since no one is likely to obey such an onerous requirement, this “law” can, like the tax laws, be used to put anyone the system doesn’t like in prison. (18 minutes)

• You can’t call them invaders — you can’t call them illegal immigrants — now you’re supposed to call them “displaced foreign travelers.” (20 minutes)

• The FDIC has set up a sweetheart deal for bankers: When one bank buys up another failed bank, the banks can create “junk paper” carrying an inflated face value for  the failed bank’s near-worthless assets, and the taxpayers are on the hook for the full inflated value if the buyer can’t make a profit when he “flips” the paper. (32 minutes)

• In China, they execute financial fraudsters. In America, you can steal millions and never spend a day in jail. (41 minutes)

• Much of the IRS Code was never intended to be obeyed. It was intended to encourage massive non-compliance, either intentional or inadvertent. Then if you become an outspoken opponent of the illegal regime in Washington, they can easily put you in prison any time they like — and ignorant, authority-worshipping juries will go along. (1 hour 33 minutes)

• Has Glenn Beck’s potential eyesight loss been induced to “keep him in line” as a spokesman for Rupert Murdoch and the oligarchs, and prevent him from becoming a loose cannon? (1 hour 39 minutes)

THE SUMMER THUNDERSTORM season has made me do some reading and reasoning on the topic of protecting your amateur radio equipment from lightning.

In recent years, static dissipators on top of towers have become popular at broadcast stations — multiple sharply-pointed metal rods that supposedly draw off the static charge slowly and thus prevent a strike.

Bill, KD0HG, writes that in mountaintop broadcast installations where the rocky soil has extremely poor conductivity, they abandon the concept of “grounding” and simply concentrate on bonding the tower, the building, and the racks together with very low inductance copper strap — and surround the building with a perimeter strap too. The idea here is simply to keep everything at the same potential. Even if that potential elevates to 100,000 volts from “ground,” it won’t matter if there is no voltage difference between the bonded units. That’s a smart way to look at it.

But I have some new thoughts on the matter. Is it possible for one’s ham shack to simply “retire from the field” of ground-to-sky or sky-to-ground electron pulses?

That is, when not in use, completely disconnect from aerials — and from ground.

Sky-to-ground and ground-to-sky are just reciprocals of each other, depending on whether it’s a dearth or surfeit of electrons we’re talking about. So I think it’s useful from a safety theory standpoint to visualize all lightning strikes as energy emerging from the ground and attempting to reach a charged zone in the air.

So why not just make it (nearly) impossible for energy in the ground to pass through our ham gear? In addition to disconnecting the shack from our antennas, also disconnect it from ground — disconnect it from anything having a DC or low-impedance connection to ground, like ground radials or AC lines — and disconnect it from anything having a high capacitance to ground, like counterpoise systems.

Meanwhile, trees or a nearby grounded tower could provide a current path when a path was demanded by Mother Nature. But your gear wouldn’t be involved.

I know such near-total isolation from ground might be difficult, especially the AC mains part. It might take some creative thinking. (For example, during storm season in my old shack in Alexandria, Virginia, I used to remove the antenna’s parallel feeders from my gear and toss them out the window, many feet from the house. Could something analogous be done with the AC power feed to the shack?)

It should be possible to make our gear no more likely to get damaged by lightning than is an unplugged clock radio sitting inside a steel box which is itself sitting on a wooden pallet.

Of course, induced currents from nearby strikes would still occur. But with nothing connected to our gear except a few short wires disconnected from the outside world in every way, even that risk would be minimized.

Just food for thought.

• New York governor Patterson is apparently under attack by evil forces, because he’s decided to wear a “Kabballah bracelet” to ward them off. (The “Kabballah” is a form of medieval Jewish witchcraft that is enjoying a renaissance among the thoughtlessly trendy.) (38 minutes)

• Some prankster has arranged it so that if you enter “illuminati” spelled backwards, and add dot com, into your Internet browser, you will be redirected to the Web site of the National Security Agency. (42 minutes)

• Barack Obama is not an idiot, no matter how harmful his policies appear to be to his constituency: He is the quintessential blackmailable front man for the money power, with a “minority” cachet to provide a means to dehumanize any serious critics as “racists.” In this role he performs brilliantly. (1 hour 9 minutes)

• If financial uber-criminal Lloyd Blankfein and Goldman Sachs committed such frauds on the public as to justify their unprecedented half billion dollar fine — why did no one go to jail for those crimes? (1 hour 49 minutes)

• The Fox News phonies are using Sarah Palin to take over the Tea Party movement, but she has shown her true colors by joining the equally phony NAACP’s denunciation of “racism.” In a recent statement, Palin quoted Ronald Reagan, saying “there is no room for racism [or] anti-Semitism… in this country,” adding “we must never go back to the racism of our past.” The opposite is actually true: Only the recognition that the races are unequal — and that each ought to have its own society — can save our civilization, save our liberties, and defeat the oligarchs; and the original Tea Partiers, the Founding Fathers, would agree. (1 hour 56 minutes)

• The Chinese now have their own financial ratings agency, and, as their increasing role as creditor to the world would cause one to expect, it’s quite objective and realistic. According to the agency, the United States is rated lower than China itself, and the top-rated economies are exclusively those of White countries. (1 hour 59 minutes)

• Are the current claims being made against Vatican Radio on “environmental” grounds a precursor to shutting down amateur radio and dissident shortwave voices around the world? (2 hours 28 minutes)

• It’s an ominous fact: A growing number of governments are quietly implementing “kill switches” for the Internet, under the deceptive banner of “cybersecurity.” (2 hours 31 minutes)

• The oligarchs regularly use “false flag” events in order to pep up the population’s enthusiasm for their wars. The Maine, the Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin incident, and 9/11 — all were arranged (or allowed to happen) in order to deceive us. Is a new false flag event going to be used to start another war for Zionism against Iran? (3 hours 7 minutes)

Propagation was generally good this week, and jamming was absent (though Summer static was a bit of a problem), making for excellent dialogue and information sharing.

• What should the American attitude be to Muslims? Should we be friendly to those who mind their own business and stay in their home nations, while firmly resisting any Muslim migration to the US? • Are Muslims and Christians being baited to kill each other by a manipulative third force? (26 minutes)

• Are White Americans being programmed to hate themselves — or, failing that, are they manipulated into pretending to hate their own race and to work for its dispossession in all their public acts and utterances? (32 minutes)

• One of the regular features of the Liberty Net is K3DK’s report on the number of bank failures in the past seven days: This week’s total is four. (52 minutes)

• More than 40 per cent. of private real estate transactions in Florida are now foreclosure sales. (54 minutes)

• It’s true that a small dose of socialism works much better in Germany and Switzerland than it does in the United States. But, then again, free enterprise (and practically everything else) works better there too: When you have the bad demographics of an increasingly genetically and culturally Third World population, like America does, nothing is going to work very well. • The combination of oil and the “dispersants” used by BP after their spill is far more dangerous than the oil itself. (1 hour 35 minutes)
