Liberty Net: January 3, 2015

THE IONOSPHERE has been unsettled lately, but the highly-efficient transmitting and receiving antennas used by key Liberty Net stations have served us well, and communications were mostly unimpaired. The ionosphere may be somewhat erratic, but at least it can never be turned off by would-be censors.

Here are some of my selections from the ideas and debates on the Liberty Net this session:

• Why are there some amateur radio operators so ignorant — and authority-worshipping — that they believe that “politics can never be discussed on amateur radio”? (7 minutes)

AS WE BEGIN the 41st year of the Liberty Net’s existence, let’s reaffirm our dedication to telling the truth — and to defending our free speech rights against any and every would-be censor.

Here are a few selections from the ideas and debates on the Liberty Net this week:

• The reasons for the importation of so many manufactured goods into the US include one that is seldom spoken about yet quite important: the growing percentage of practically unemployable and untrainable low-IQ Africans and Mestizos in the population. (18 minutes)

• There’s a move afoot for taxpayers to fund FDIC insurance for the huge and risky derivatives market, which means that small businessmen and poor Midwestern and Appalachian farmers will be — once again — taking on the risks incurred by Wall Street bankers and speculators. (22 minutes)

THIS YEAR, 2014, is the 40th anniversary of the Liberty Net. The net began in 1974, which was the year I graduated from high school — and I am now 58.

Through all that time, every week with hardly ever an absence, Victor Misek, W1WCR, has been our Net Control Station. That’s 2,080 Liberty Nets and counting. If we estimate four and a half hours per net, that’s 9,360 hours of net discussions, or approximately 84,240,000 words spoken — the equivalent of about 900 sizable volumes, many scores of encyclopedias. And I’m not even counting the times Vic has participated in the Survival Net, the Midweek Liberty Net, or innumerable informal discussions.

Fearless when it comes to taking on taboo subjects — open to discussions with those with whom he disagrees — never a censor — able to bridge the gap between participants who are having a dispute — unrelenting in condemning the activities of malicious jammers, and the inaction of the FCC which is charged with keeping the airwaves free — and courageous in calling treason by its true name — Vic, W1WCR has been a facilitator of intellectual and philosophical growth and insight like few people on this planet. No one else could have done what he did — and what he is still doing in 2014, soon to be 2015 and beyond.

With the Liberty Net, he has taken amateur radio to a new level of intelligence, interest, and public service in the true sense of the term. Always loyal to liberty — always true to the principle of free speech — kind to all, but always stalwart in support of the continued survival of his people, the founding race of the United States of America — Victor Misek is an example for us all, for amateur radio operators and truth-tellers of the next generation; truly an example for the ages.

I am proud to call him my friend.

Thank you, Vic.

On this year 40 of the Liberty Net, I raise my glass and say: Hail to you Victor and long live liberty — and the Liberty Net.

Here’s my selection of the ideas and concepts brought up on the Liberty Net this time:

• Fewer Americans are working now than seven years ago — but more illegal Mestizo invaders are working here now than ever before. (12 minutes)

WHEN THE FCC refuses to do anything about egregious and admitted malicious jammers who operate on the amateur bands literally for decades, and who die without any action being taken against them — and when legitimate operators are harassed and threatened by that same FCC, what conclusions should we draw?

Here’s my selection of the ideas and concepts brought up on the Liberty Net this time:

• It’s a outrage that our so-called “representatives” in Washington dare to vote for a multiple-trillion-dollar budget comprising thousands of pages that aren’t even fully available for reading yet. (15 minutes)

• Millions of men in the West are suffering due to the unnatural and anti-Life bias against males in our society, causing many to give up on marriage and children — a monumental tragedy. (17 minutes)
