ONE OF THE best things you can do to help other net participants is to have as strong a signal as possible. Some of those taking part may be thousands of miles away, or in an area with high electrical noise or other interference. Having a strong signal means, firstly, having an efficient antenna — a full-size quarter wave vertical or inverted L with a good ground system, or a half-wave horizontal up 50 feet or more — and as much power as needed to be heard well even at the most distant participants’ shacks. Do that, and you’ll be doing a kindness to everyone listening.

Here’s my digest of some of the thoughts and concepts brought up this week on the Liberty Net:

• In Brunswick, Georgia, an innocent White baby was being walked by his mother in a baby stroller when two Black thugs walked up and shot the child in the face with a gun, killing him. Did the Jewish-controlled national media — who have screamed about Michael Brown’s killing for months on end — make a front-page story of this horrific crime? I didn’t think so. (22 minutes)

• It’s confirmed: Missouri’s governor ordered the National Guard to stand down and do nothing in the face of the horrific Black riots in Ferguson, Missouri — immediately after he conferred with Eric Holder. (25 minutes)

THE RIOTS in Ferguson are a harsh reminder of the dangers of forcing races together who would rather be apart, something that Liberty Net participants have been telling us about for decades. The answer is simple: We need a society of our own once again.

Here’s my selection of some of the ideas debated this week on the Liberty Net:

• In many neighborhoods, the HF bands are becoming a sea of wandering, buzzing noises radiated by poorly-filtered TVs, switching power supplies, and other electronic devices. For a few cents each, these gadgets could be clean. It’s a purposeful failure of the FCC that the manufacturers are not required to install effective filters. (15 minutes)

• One hundred FBI agents were sent to Ferguson, Missouri immediately before the latest Black riots there. What was their function? Sure doesn’t seem like they had any beneficial effect. (20 minutes)

Liberty-Net---Goddess-of-Libertyby Kevin Strom, WB4AIO

FREEDOM of speech is one of our most valuable possessions, but it is also extremely fragile. Many people are authority-worshippers, and even more are authority-fearers, and such people will meekly accept whatever restrictions are imposed on them. Therefore those who care about our freedom must be ever vigilant and fight with all our might, our hearts, and our souls against all the would-be censors. Foremost among the censors are Jewish groups like the SPLC and ADL — but do-gooding busybodies who would forbid political and philosophical discourse on amateur radio are dangerous too.

Here’s my selection of some of the topics discussed and debated this week on the net:

• Russia has been dumping US dollars and buying gold heavily: Gold assets can’t be “frozen” by the regime in Washington, and hold their value better than any extant currency. (10 minutes)

• Watch for more and more “currency controls” and regulations from the oligarch’s government, which means that they 1) know about every dollar you “own” and what you do with it; and 2) can seize all or part of it at any time. Time to put much of your wealth into anonymous, private forms. (18 minutes)

ONE THING HAS become clear: The problem is not so much that government is inherently bad, but rather that we have lost control of what used to be our government. The “US government” now represents the narrow interests of the Zionists and oligarchs, who consist almost entirely of the world’s richest ethnic group — a group which has slated us for extinction.

Here’s my selection of a few of the topics discussed and debated this session:

• Under current circumstances, gridlock in Washington is a good thing: If they can’t do anything, then they can’t pass new unconstitutional laws to take away what’s left of our freedom. (24 minutes)

• In Florida, a 90-year-old veteran and two ministers were arrested for nothing more than giving free food to homeless people. They have a choice: Pay a $500 fine or spend 60 days in jail.  (37 minutes)

WERE YOU AWARE that there’s an effort to restrict amateur radio conversations to only bland, uncontroversial topics? In fact, if the would-be censors have their way, the only topics allowed would be those directly related to radio. This goes against more than a century of freedom of speech on the amateur airwaves. You can find the recommendation from the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) to have all amateur radio societies endorse the speech restrictions found in “Ethics and Operating Procedures for the Radio Amateur” on the ARRL Web site (hidden under a deceptive title of “reigning in interference”). Write to the ARRL and the IARU and let them know you don’t want your free speech restricted!

Here’s a small sample of the topics debated this week:

• In the Detroit area, a student at an all-Black school was beaten within an inch of his life in a dispute over athletic shoes. Why these innately uninteresting and boring pieces of footwear are so passionately desired by our African-American equals is a mystery to many. (15 minutes)

• There are very few public media of communication that are essentially un-censorable — and the Liberty Net is one of those few. (43 minutes)

THIS IS an excellent time to check in to the Liberty Net — summertime static is disappearing and propagation is generally excellent. And the prime radio season coincides this year with the 40th anniversary of the most exciting net on amateur radio!

Listen: Liberty Net 10/25″]

Here’s an abbreviated digest of a few of the topics debated this week:

• There’s a lot of talk from both the Right and Left about “jobs” — the best way to create them is disputed by the two sides, but both agree that we need more of them. But do we? Is more money-making and product-making activity always an unlimited good? Perhaps we should pay less attention to how much we are doing, and think more deeply about what we are actually trying to accomplish. (13 minutes)

• More and more corporations are now demanding (or are required to demand) proof of “who you are” via government-issued photo ID or “Social Security” number, before doing quite a number of simple transactions. It looks like the concept of privacy, especially financial privacy, is almost forgotten today. (15 minutes)

LIBERTY NET participants would like to hear from you. You don’t have to say anything profound unless you want to. You don’t have to agree. And if you just want to say “hello” and introduce yourself, or ask a question, that’s fine too. We’d be delighted to meet you, so check in this week!

Here’s a small selection from the topics debated on the Net’s session this time:

• Software-defined radios have a slight learning curve for most of us, but the results are amazing — perfectly rectangular “slidable” filters, superb dynamic range, lab grade panadaptors, a high degree of cleanliness, and configurable dead-flat frequency response, perfect for narrow-band communications or wideband high-fidelity AM or eSSB. (3 minutes)

• It’s now known that incandescent light bulbs are purposely designed to fail in a short time. Is the same true to a lesser extent of the newer bulb technologies. (10 minutes)

THE LIBERTY NET sometimes brings us voices who have been taking part in our radio community for decades — and it often brings us the voices of new participants, who are especially welcomed and valued. If you’re new to the Net, be aware that the Net Control Station takes check-ins and then asks for comments from each station in the order of his or her initial check-in — so there might be a wait before it’s your turn.

Listen: Liberty Net 10/11″]

Here’s a small summary of a few of the topics covered on the Net’s session this week:

• Walmart (and Target and Home Depot) have discontinued offering health insurance to their part-time workers — and part-time workers are a very large part of their workforce. These predatory corporations have a long history of fobbing off their workers to tax-financed programs, in this case “Obamacare.” (7 minutes)

• Many hospitals are now also “covering themselves” in the new, mean, “changed” America — and, in a reversal of two centuries of tradition, are now demanding that families with no coverage or garbage coverage (like “Obamacare”) pony up the cash before Mom or Dad or Junior gets rolled into the MRI room or surgery. Many of those who the hospitals don’t want to help get shunted off to hospice “care” — which is the next step before death. (9 minutes)

THE LIBERTY NET has a long track record of service to not only the amateur community but to the public interest at large — on the air every week since 1974. Join us on the air and make your voice heard!

Listen: Liberty Net 10/4″]

To pique your interest and tempt you to check in, the following is a small selection of the topics covered on the Net’s session this time:

• One way to make money in this declining nation is to offer classes to the public on how to safely handle and use a “concealed carry” firearm. (15 minutes)

• In Liberia, armed savages attacked a clinic that was treating Ebola patients, stealing infected mattresses and other goods, and driving some of the patients into the bush. Among locals, it’s widely believed that medical personnel, especially White doctors, are actually infecting people with the disease and they have been subject to numerous attacks. The average IQ of African Blacks is between 70 and 80, retarded by White standards. (45 minutes)

WHAT’S THE BEST use of your time on amateur radio, or for that matter your time on Earth? Racking up points that prove that someone heard you say “5-9” in Tierra del Fuego (when your signal was really 4-7)? Or learning about the world around you, about history in the making, and teaching others? Think about it. And then check in to the Liberty Net.

Here are some of the ideas discussed on the Liberty Net this week:

• The city of Seattle is now employing “garbage commissars” who will issue fines if they find you have been throwing away too much food waste. (10 minutes)

• There is debate about the religious affiliation of Alton Nolen, arrested for beheading a woman in Oklahoma City. Nolen, who claimed to be a Muslim convert, also had Christian and Jewish slogans tattooed on his body. Perhaps he was driven more unstable than he was to begin with by Semitic religions in general and Islam in particular. But there’s no doubt about his race, however: Nolen is Black, and the prosecutor in the case says the attack was about race, not religion. (25 minutes)
