HEAT-WAVE-INDUCED power failures swept across the Middle Atlantic this week, but backup systems in place kept the Liberty Net over-the-air and Internet presence strong nevertheless. On a typical net night, there are at least two streams active from two separate stations which are also active on the air, with yet a third station making a backup recording.

Here are some excerpts from this week’s session of the net:
• When talking about the federal monster, it’s very important to remember to use the accurate description “the regime in Washington” instead of any phrase that might imply that the de facto government there is legal, legitimate, reformable, or in any way a continuation of the government of the founders. Calling it “the Obama regime” is also inappropriate because 1) it implies that the oligarchs’ errand boy is actually in charge, and 2) it obscures the fact that the tyranny we live under is many decades old and persists no matter which party won the last phony election. (24 minutes)
• If a health insurance agent came to your house trying to sell you a policy having the same provisions as Obamacare, if you had any reasonable degree of intelligence it wouldn’t take you long to kick him into the street. (29 minutes)
• Now that Bush-appointed Justice Roberts has put the desires and “needs” of the government above the Constitution (and more than one state attorney general has speculated that Roberts was afraid, or bought off), we can truly appreciate the fact that Boy George Bush is “the gift that keeps on giving.” (1 hour 6 minutes)
• What Americans with a spine are planning to do with Obamacare and its illegal rules and “mandates” is refuse to comply with it in any way. (1 hour 15 minutes)
• It’s time to re-institute medical freedom in this country. We should be able to decide for ourselves what medications, if any, we want to take, and we should be able to go to the store and get them without a costly permission form (“prescription”) from the medical cartel. (1 hour 58 minutes)
• The oligarchs’ media — and that’s all of the commercial media, left and right — purposely censor the news. The Internet provides an excellent way to bypass their control. Take advantage of it! (2 hours 11 minutes)
• As the late Harvey Heinz, W8MPB, said many years ago: Things have to get worse before they can get better. Members of our civilization, even the intelligent fraction among them, have too easy a life to be very interested in revolution now. But that is going to change. (2 hours 20 minutes)
• When the Attorney General himself is a criminal, who does one get to prosecute and punish a criminal President, a criminal Congress, and criminal government officials? (3 hours 50 minutes)
