Liberty Net: March 5, 2011

by Kevin Strom, WB4AIO

CONDITIONS WERE EXCELLENT for the first March session of the Liberty Net this week, and a wide variety of views were presented, sometimes passionately, on subjects as disparate as the union conflicts in the Midwest and animal rights.

Here’s a sampling of what’s on this week’s recording:

• A sane and representative government would rescind NAFTA and other “free trade” agreements which force our workers to compete with slave-labor Third World peons. Instead, though, such agreements are being aggressively expanded. (48 minutes)

• Why are some jurisdictions outlawing all photography of police activities? What are they trying to hide? Isn’t photography — and the publication of said photography — protected by the First Amendment? (1 hour 45 minutes)

• You can’t take pictures of “law enforcement” or you go to jail — but they sure as Hell are taking pictures of you: from body cameras, from their cars, from street cameras, from cameras hidden in pole pig transformers (and many other places) — even going so far as to X-ray your vehicle and your person without your knowledge. (1 hour 53 minutes)

• In Pennsylvania, police agencies used a mandate to hire “minorities” as police officers even if their scores were as pathetically low as the sixth percentile. Whites with scores as high as the 98th percentile were rejected in order to achieve such “diversity.” (3 hours 42 minutes)

• It is a great tragedy that so many of our young people are forced by bad economic times to risk their lives in the illegal, murderous wars for Israel in the Middle East — and it is doubly tragic that they are brainwashed into believing that they are “defending our freedom” by doing so. (4 hours 10 minutes)

• Eleven states are now considering alternative currencies that would operate in competition with the illegal Federal Reserve. The states want to have a working currency in place well before the often-predicted failure of the Fed’s “dollar.” Utah is considering making gold and silver coins an officially recognized currency there. (4 hours 18 minutes)

• The producer of The Money Masters has now produced a new film, The Secrets of Oz, which exposes the amazingly simple methods by which the bankers steal our personal and national wealth. (4 hours 54 minutes)

• Is Obama’s Caligula-like partying while an unprecedented number of Americans have lost their homes a deliberate provocation engineered by his handlers? (5 hours 1 minute)

Remember that you can find the Liberty Net in the upper part of 75 meters (lately it has been consistently higher than 3950 kHz) every Saturday night at 10PM Eastern Time — join in, or listen live on the Internet via N2SAG or N2IRJ, or listen at your leisure via the mp3 files posted here at https://3950.net every week. Usually the new recording is posted early on Sunday. It will be visible at the top of the upper right column of every page of this site.

Once again, thanks to W1WCR for running this important and historic discussion net, and thanks also to N2IRJ for making these recordings available.
