THE SURVIVAL NET must be making an impact, because we ran into several instances of intentional interference both on frequency and near frequency Sunday night. Band conditions were difficult even without the interference, but we managed to have a great discussion anyway.

Tonight on 3983 kHz we talked about the social aspects of survival. Specifically, we talked about forming groups of like-minded individuals among your friends and neighbors — the premise being that none of us should be a “lone wolf” in a crisis. We can share mutual assistance and support with our friends and neighbors.

Survival Net Update: February 10, 2013

SURVIVAL NET Session 6 took place on February 10. While we normally like to use 3.983, the frequency was occupied so we moved to 3.977. Band conditions were decent but we did run into some QRM from another net on a nearby frequency.

The topic of discussion was financial survival in times of economic distress. Before summarizing our discussion, I would like to thank Dieter (K3DK) for standing in for me as net control on January 27. I was taking my daughter back to college that night and Dieter ran a lively discussion about emergency power generation.

Survival Net Update

THE SURVIVAL NET had its third meeting on Sunday, January 13, at 9 PM Eastern Time on 3983 kHz. We had an in-depth discussion about aquaponic gardening and keeping warm in a crisis. Aquaponics involves having a vegetable garden connected to a fish pond. The fish produce waste which fertilizes the vegetables. Water from the fish pond is filtered through the garden and returned to the pond. The result is high quality organic food, year round, without weeds, chemicals, etc.

One of the subtopics discussed was the very real possibility of a world wide hunger crisis due to drought and dust-bowl type conditions in many agricultural areas. The food shortage, combined with currency manipulation and devaluation, could lead to massive food inflation and possibly even riots. The importance of emergency food supplies, as well as sustainable personal agriculture, cannot be overestimated. Does anyone really want to rely on FEMA for their food?

IT’S NOT ALWAYS EASY to find a clear frequency for the Liberty Net, but one thing you’ll notice is that our net is one of the very few that does not merely fire up on an accustomed frequency, but instead is frequency-flexible. That means you’ll have to search for us — almost always between 3950 and 3990 kHz LSB — but W1WCR’s signal is strong and distinctive, so we shouldn’t be too hard to find.

Here’s a small sample of what you’ll hear on our latest recording:

• Be prepared for even more inflation as the Fed, and the banks that control it, start more “quantitative easing” under the banner of “QE3” — meaning that the oligarchs will get trillions in free money, while the people hold fewer and fewer dollars, each of which is rapidly dropping in value. • More and more companies, though nominally “private corporations,” have in reality become creatures of the banks because of the mountains of debt that have been loaded upon them by corporate raiders. (22 minutes)

• More than 70,000 people have dropped GoDaddy as their domain and Web hosting provider because that company supports the government’s misnamed SOPA (“Stop Online Piracy Act”) and PIPA (“Protect Intellectual Property Act”), which are just censorship power grabs under innocent-sounding names. • Why has there been a huge explosion of the population of disease-bearing ticks in northern New England? The epidemic is spreading Lyme Disease in humans and is causing a mass die-off of moose, some of which are literally carrying more than 100,000 ticks each, which essentially immobilizes them before they die. • Now that Ron Paul’s frontrunner status has become too obvious to ignore, the banker-owned media have brought out their dirty tricks to smear him. Their current tactic is to make him appear “racist” or “extremist” because he has occasionally told the truth about freedom of association and other “radical” things. (38 minutes)

Here’s a small selection from the topics discussed during this week’s free-ranging Liberty Net discussion:

• Politicians lie all the time, but it’s useful to point out one of their most sneaky lies — one in which the billionaires’ media are complicit: They constantly claim to be “reducing the deficit,” which really means little or nothing because they never reduce the debt. In order to reduce the debt, the deficit would not only have to be totally eliminated, but reversed. But, since the bankers want us to work for them forever, and since most of the voters are so ignorant that they don’t know the difference between the debt and the deficit, the debt will never be reduced unless there is a coup or revolution to restore legitimate government. (21 minutes)

• From the 1970s to today, there have been at least a dozen repeated claims by the Zionist lobby and their sycophants in Congress about the “danger” of “imminent” construction of a nuclear bomb by Iran, all in an effort to start a war to decimate this rival of Israel’s. Why, by the way, are none of the billionaires’ media outlets calling for bombing Tel Aviv, since everyone acknowledges that that Israel has nuclear weapons? (27 minutes)

• Newt Gingrich seems to be getting a huge amount of unwarranted publicity from the billionaires’ media these days. Having been an indirect employee of the oligarchs for decades, there is little doubt where his loyalties lie — hence the publicity, and the likelihood that he will be the oligarchs’ “anointed one” for the Republican nomination.
