Liberty Net: March 17, 2012

by Kevin Strom, WB4AIO

THIS WEEK I want to give a special thanks to all those of you who have contributed to the discussions on the Liberty Net over these many years — both those of you who have been on the net for decades, and the many new check-ins we’ve welcomed in recent months — both those who talk to us over the air, and those who offer their views via our chat rooms or via email, letter, or telephone calls. All of you are what make the Liberty Net what it is.

Here are some of the ideas brought to light during this week’s Liberty Net:

• Why can Eric Holder and those under him openly commit criminal acts — as they did in the so-called “Fast and Furious” gun-running program — for which anyone else would be thrown in jail, and yet not even be charged? (8 minutes)

• The banks in Europe just created the largest amount of money in any one day in history, though they called it an “injection of liquidity.” Why is this momentous event not making headlines? Could an analysis of media ownership provide the answer? (9 minutes)

Liberty Net: March 10, 2012

THESE LIBERTY NET articles aren’t necessarily a summary of the whole net — or even the best parts thereof. Some people have asked how my excerpts are chosen. They’re just a few highlights that I’ve picked, often from the first two or three hours of the net, with an eye toward encouraging you to listen to the whole recording. You shouldn’t take offense if a favorite station or topic wasn’t chosen to be highlighted — to include all of the superb and interesting topics discussed on the net would take an article ten times as long as this one!

Here are some of the subjects that net participants talked about during this week’s Liberty Net session:

• A resolution has been introduced in Congress, calling for the investigation and impeachment of Obama for illegally waging war in Libya. (21 minutes)

• A White schoolchild in Kansas City was recently doused with gasoline and set on fire by two Blacks, who shouted “This is what you deserve, White boy.” It’s been discovered that teachers at the majority-Black school there have been showing virulently anti-White films during “Black history month” and claiming that “all Whites” are responsible for “racism” and “oppression” of Blacks. The burning victim just happens to be the only White student in one such class. (32 minutes)

N2IRJ’s phone patch was temporarily down this week because of technical issues with Marty’s transceiver — we hope that these problems will soon be resolved — yet participation and exchange of ideas continued on the Liberty Net at a very high level nonetheless. This week also saw some major solar activity, so the next net might feature some interesting 75 meter propagation.

Here are just a few of the ideas discussed and debated during this week’s session:

• Russia is positioning itself to prevent the plans of the warmongering oligarchs to start wars in Syria and Iran from coming to fruition. Most recently, Moscow has been helping both countries improve their abilities to detect and defend against attacks. (10 minutes)

• If the regime in Washington were really serious about preventing terror attacks by Muslims, it would end, and then reverse, all Middle Eastern immigration — and would also stop murdering innocent Muslims overseas in its wars for Israel. (13 minutes)

THE FIRST AUTUMN SESSION of the Liberty Net showed the promise of good propagation, low noise, and fine comradeship coupled with the free exchange of ideas that can remake our world.

Here are some of the ideas debated this week on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• Why is there a near-total corporate media blackout on the Occupy Wall Street protests now going on? Could it be because both Left and Right have figured out where the real problem lies? (14 minutes)

• Is the near-immobility of 401K funds — you can’t quickly switch out of a falling stock in a few seconds, like you can in a self-directed IRA — something that was purposely designed into the system? (33 minutes)

THE LIBERTY NET seems to get several new check-ins every week — so, even when regular participants are away temporarily, the discussions nevertheless continue to grow in breadth and depth. From economics and demographics to history and health, free thought reigns supreme — so please check in and add your voice to the exchange!

Here are some of the ideas discussed this time on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• More and more voices are calling for a new 9/11 investigation, and almost no intelligent person fully accepts the official story. But when a long-time Establishment hack like Bob Graham joins the call, one has to wonder — has he had an attack of conscience? — or does someone want to control and divert any new inquiry? (28 minutes)

Liberty Net: September 10, 2011

THE LIBERTY NET actually took place on 3950 kHz this time — for the first time in several years — and, ironically, this happened on the night we received the news of the death of one of the most egregious jammers in amateur radio history, WA9KJI. The discussions didn’t focus on negativity, though, and the ideas presented were original, wide-ranging, and at turns philosophical, political, and humorous.

Here are some of the concepts brought forth and issues debated on amateur radio’s historic Liberty Net this week:

• The latest “stimulus” bill has nothing to do with boosting the economy, and everything to do with ruling by decree: No one will even be able to read the complete text of this pretended law until after it is passed. (44 minutes)

THE LIBERTY NET is unique. There is no other net on the amateur radio airwaves where participants discuss the news that the billionaires’ media refuse to cover, and which deals with the fundamental issues that will determine the future of our families — and our civilization — in the coming years.

Here are some samples of the ideas discussed this time on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• How can the regime in Washington — which facilitates the debasement and counterfeiting of our money on an incalculable scale — dare to prosecute a man who did nothing more than sell honest, pure silver coins, which didn’t even faintly resemble the fake bankers’ tokens we are forced to use? And how dare they charge — and imprison — him for “terrorism” for doing so? (44 minutes)

• After bailing out the bankers with trillions of dollars, our rulers are now suing those very same bankers for billions, for their alleged role in the housing market meltdown. Is this just a prearranged deal to make it look like the regime is “doing something”? And will the taxpayers bail out the banks again so they can pay any damages assessed? (1 hour 14 minutes)

THE ARRIVAL OF HURRICANE Irene didn’t dampen the spirits of Liberty Net participants this week, and, surprisingly, the noise level was very low. I’d say that the conversations and debates were even more intense than the storm system that was swirling all around.

Listen: Liberty Net 8/27″]

Here are some samples of the topics discussed this time on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• The FCC just recently withdrew its so-called Fairness Doctrine regulations, even though they were ruled unconstitutional about 25 years ago. Does the withdrawal set the stage for new regulations along the same lines? (20 minutes)

• Why has a new law been passed making it a federal crime for anyone who participated in the murder of Osama bin Laden to speak about it? And how dare they pretend that such an ex post facto law could possibly be constitutional? (25 minutes)

THERE IS A CONVERGENCE of free political thought these days, as the hot knife of crisis cuts through the phony left-right / Republican-Democrat paradigm. As more and more people find themselves bled dry by the financial elite, the warmongers, and the vote-buyers, the old labels just don’t have much meaning anymore. Participate in the awakening by checking into the Liberty Net!

Here’s a very brief summary of some of the topics discussed this time on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• Even when they try to depreciate their currency, as they did recently, the Swiss franc seems incapable of dropping much in value. This says something about the inherent quality of Swiss society and the Swiss people. (10 minutes)

• The FDIC has $19 billion in reserve to “insure” $4,400 billion in personal bank accounts. That’s like insuring a precious diamond ring with a $20 bill. (49 minutes)

IONOSPHERIC CONDITIONS were good — and jamming was nonexistent — as the most historic net in amateur radio, the Liberty Net, continued to impress with its intelligent ideas and debate from stations around the continent.

Here are a just few examples of this week’s interesting discussions:

• It is outrageous for the Obamas to laud and to receive a personally-signed book from Nelson Mandela — a man who was responsible for “necklacing” his political opponents, which involved tying them up, placing a gasoline-soaked tire around each of their necks and then setting them on fire, causing an extremely painful and prolonged death. (11 minutes)

• It is doubly outrageous that Obama would equate Mandela with Gandhi — his polar opposite. Gandhi was a peaceful man, a racial nationalist, and a racial separatist. (15 minutes)
