Liberty Net - the truth is out there Telefunken

by Kevin Strom, WB4AIO

THE LIBERTY NET is one of the few nets that practice frequency agility, not only as a method of evading interference — but also as a way to avoid causing interference. So, even though the net has been operating on 3983 and 3986 kHz in recent weeks, we might be found anywhere from about 3950 up to 3999 on any given week. Luckily, the Net Control Station, W1WCR, has a distinctly strong signal all over North America and his “call for check-ins” is easily found. So what are you waiting for? Check in this Saturday night!

Here is a small sampling of the issues up for debate and discussion on the Liberty Net this session:

• Isn’t it interesting that so many of the gun-grabbers are packing guns themselves — or have heavily armed bodyguards — or are using countless deadly weapons to kill innocent people in foreign countries? (13 minutes)

• Why are the employees of the DC regime — and their union — saying little or nothing about Congress’s illegal seizure of their pension funds? (21 minutes)

Liberty Net - most exciting net in amateur radio

by Kevin Strom, WB4AIO

WE WERE SADDENED to learn of the death of long-time Liberty Net participant Joe Rogers, W8LDW, last week after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born in 1943 in Dallas, Texas. Joe was an electrical engineer with Peerless Technologies where he worked on aviation projects, public and private. I always learned something from his transmissions, and, whether he agreed or disagreed with others, he invariably expressed himself like a real gentleman.

Here’s an excerpt from the Liberty Net of September 29th, featuring Joe’s transmission:

As fellow net participant Dieter Hauer, K3DK, said “His insight, words of wisdom and friendship will certainly be missed on our weekly radio net. Rest in peace Joe.”

Here is a sample of the ideas put up for your consideration on the Liberty Net this time:

• A renewed America would restore the immigration policy that was put into effect by the Founders: one based on race. (16 minutes)

• Sean Hannity has now come out totally in favor of legalizing the Mestizo invasion of the United States. If you’re surprised by this, you haven’t been listening to the Liberty Net. (19 minutes)

THE ARRIVAL OF HURRICANE Irene didn’t dampen the spirits of Liberty Net participants this week, and, surprisingly, the noise level was very low. I’d say that the conversations and debates were even more intense than the storm system that was swirling all around.

Here are some samples of the topics discussed this time on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• The FCC just recently withdrew its so-called Fairness Doctrine regulations, even though they were ruled unconstitutional about 25 years ago. Does the withdrawal set the stage for new regulations along the same lines? (20 minutes)

• Why has a new law been passed making it a federal crime for anyone who participated in the murder of Osama bin Laden to speak about it? And how dare they pretend that such an ex post facto law could possibly be constitutional? (25 minutes)

THERE IS A CONVERGENCE of free political thought these days, as the hot knife of crisis cuts through the phony left-right / Republican-Democrat paradigm. As more and more people find themselves bled dry by the financial elite, the warmongers, and the vote-buyers, the old labels just don’t have much meaning anymore. Participate in the awakening by checking into the Liberty Net!

Here’s a very brief summary of some of the topics discussed this time on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• Even when they try to depreciate their currency, as they did recently, the Swiss franc seems incapable of dropping much in value. This says something about the inherent quality of Swiss society and the Swiss people. (10 minutes)

• The FDIC has $19 billion in reserve to “insure” $4,400 billion in personal bank accounts. That’s like insuring a precious diamond ring with a $20 bill. (49 minutes)

Liberty Net: December 11, 2010

THE LIBERTY NET must have hit a nerve where it really counts, because there were some attempts to jam it off the air this week. But those attempts were quite feeble, and even stations running 100 Watts to very modest antennas were able to communicate and add their comments to amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net.

[wpaudio url=”https://3950.net/recordings/LIBERTY%20NET%20%20%202010%20December%2011th,%20Saturday%20%20%205h%2000m%2000s%20%20%20DIVERSITY%20RECEPTION%20%20%20Source%20%20N2IRJ.mp3″ text=”Listen: 12/11 Liberty Net”]

Here are some of the topics touched on this time:

• We’ve all heard about the Wikileaks release of US diplomatic cables that show the criminality of the regime in Washington and the atrocities of its Middle Eastern wars. But, if you accept the “need for secrecy” argument, why was the regime so incompetent that its operatives failed to use the simple and inexpensive encryption programs that are widely available today? Liberty Net: November 20, 2010

RADIO CONDITIONS were unsettled this week, but N2IRJ’s superb low-noise receiving setup allowed excellent copy of almost all stations on the latest session of the Liberty Net, and there were a large number of new stations checking in as the word spreads about the most exciting net on amateur radio. Since the BBC’s DRM transmission has been wiping out the area around 3950 kHz (why can’t the broadcasters move to 90 meters and leave 75 meters alone?), the net has been favoring 3966 kHz.

Here’s a small sample of the issues discussed this time on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• We hear an amazing firsthand account of W8LDW’s recent experiences with “airport security” and the TSA, who are criminally violating our constitutional rights with their so-called “enhanced security” procedures. These blue-shirted, gold-badged bureaucrats treat Americans as “animals to be contained and caged and poked and prodded and irradiated.” (25 minutes)

Liberty Net: November 13, 2010

THE IONOSPHERE is still acting strangely as we transition into Winter conditions, but the sharing of brilliant insights and suppressed news continued at a high pace on this week’s Liberty Net. The DRM digital audio transmissions from Britain on 3955 — which effectively wipe out 3949 to 3964 kHz for hours — continue, so the net used a frequency a bit outside of its normal range this time: 3966 kHz.

Here’s a sample of the ideas brought forth this time on amateur radio’s longest-running discussion net:

• As countries (like the US and China) race to devalue their own currencies to gain a temporary trade advantage, bankers rake in profits from the easy money (that they create) and, as always, individuals and families find their wealth evaporating. (29 minutes)

• The insanely punitive estate tax that Washington is about to impose is causing many productive and intelligent people to simply leave the country — and who can blame them? No one wants his life’s work to feed the illegal regime in Washington and all its genocidal programs. (36 minutes)

CONDITIONS were excellent and the longest-running discussion net on amateur radio, the Liberty Net, did itself proud once again with in-depth discussions and debate about the political, social, and economic issues that will determine the future of our civilization.

Here’s a small sample of the items discussed this week on amateur radio’s most exciting net:

• A four-year-old girl was running a lemonade stand in front of her house — until the “authorities” descended upon her, shutting her down for not having the required permits, paying taxes, and filling out the requisite forms. The “officers” who participated in this outrage would have refused to obey such orders — if they had had a single molecule of integrity. (9 minutes)

THERE WERE some propagation anomalies that affected the Liberty Net this week, but check-ins these days are from so many different areas that the conversation and debate is always vibrant — whether the skip is short or long.

Here are just a few of the topics discussed on the Liberty Net this week:

• A recent viral email presents the stark difference between thriving, civilized Detroit and A-bomb-devastated Hiroshima 65 years ago — and today’s thriving, beautiful Hiroshima and African-devastated Detroit. See http://tinyurl.com/23vz8fd and particularly http://tinyurl.com/2zj6f (38 minutes)

• In an under-reported environmental disaster, a bizarre extreme cold front has caused large numbers of wildlife deaths in Argentina and Bolivia. (1 hour 17 minutes)
